To ensure we have accurate medical, emergency contacts, and required district acknowledgements or your student, please take a few minutes to complete the annual required enrollment forms through PowerSchool Portal.
Log in support:
Option 1: Go to wsd.net >>> on the pop up screen it says, "Welcome Back," click on the link that says, "Start the annual enrollment forms." This will take you to PowerSchool to fill them out.
Option 2: Step by step instructions:
Log into PowerSchool: Access the parent portal at
Select Your Student: Select your student from the top menu/header. (Remember to switch to your next student and repeat the process once finished!)>>>
Open Student Profile: Click on Student Profile on the left menu.
Navigate to Student Forms: Select Student Forms from the list of options. You will see a section titled Annual Enrollment Forms - Required.
Complete and Submit: Click on each individual form in the list, review/update the information, and submit. Please repeat this process until all required forms display a completed status for each child.
