Supply Lists

Kanesville Elementary 2024-2025 Supply Lists

NOTICE:

The items on this list will be used during the regular school day.  These items may be brought from home on a voluntary basis, otherwise, they will be furnished by the school. Please bring donated supplies with you to Back to School Night.

Check with your classroom teacher for any supplies not listed. They may already be provided, are not recommended for the grade, or are not allowed in the class. All supplies and donations are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Kindergarten

Supplies for each Kindergarten class will be sent out with the welcome letter from each teacher.  

1st Grade

Appreciated Donations:

  • Standard size pencil boxes (Mrs. Pippin's class only)
  • 2 boxes of Kleenex
  • 20 fine tip black Expo dry erase markers
  • 1-inch black, clear pocket front binder (Mrs. Pippin's class only)
  • 1/2 inch white clear pocket front binder
  • 1/2 inch black clear pocket front binder
  • One 50 pack Heavy Duty clear sheet protectors (no matte finish)
  • 1 ream of white copy paper
  • Headphones with your child's name on them (no earbuds)
  • Disinfecting wipes
  • Ziploc bags (any size)
  • 10-15 glue sticks
  • small prizes or wrapped treats
  • Any size brown lunch sacks
  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • Composition notebook (Mrs. Maw's class only)

2nd Grade

Suggested Supply List (regular individual use):

  • glue Sticks (10-12 pack)
  • headphones labeled w/student name (NO earbuds)
  • ½ in binder with clear front pocket 
  • Composition notebook (not spiral)

Appreciated Donations:

  • Crayola washable markers
  • 1-2 rolls of paper towels
  • sanitizing wipes
  • cheaper paper cups
  • 1-2 reams of white copy paper

3rd Grade

Suggested Supply List (regular individual use):

  • 3 composition notebooks
  • 12 count colored pencils
  • glue sticks (6 small)
  • 2 big pink erasers
  • 10 count markers (big or small)
  • headphones (Not Earbuds)

  • Thin dry erase markers
  • Scott 5 mil lamination pouches
  • tissues & paper towels
  • disinfectant wipes
  • hand sanitizer with pump
  • sandwich, quart & gallon “Zip-Loc” plastic baggies
  • 1-2 reams of white copy paper

4th Grade

Suggested Supply List (regular individual use):

  • 1 inch binder
  • 1/2 inch binder
  • 3 wide ruled composition books (not spiral)
  • 5 bocket dividers that are 3-hole punched for the binder
  • 1 pack of 12 colored pencils (Not Mrs. Sullivan)
  • 1 thin line black marker (Not Mrs. Sullivan)
  • 1 black felt tip pen (Not Mrs. Sullivan)
  • 1 zipper pencil pouch flat for a 3-ring binder
  • pink, yellow, and green highlighter (Not Mrs. Sullivan)
  • Headphones (not earbuds)
  • Wireless mouse (optional)
  • mechanical pencil and lead refills (Not Mrs. Sullivan)

5th Grade

  • earbuds (NOT wireless)
  • 1” binder
  • 2 black Sharpie markers (1 fine pt, 1 extra fine pt)
  • 1 highlighter

  • colored pencils
  • pencil pouch
  • 1 composition notebook
  • 1 pack of Ticonderoga OR mechanical pencils
