March 15th, 2022

Roles:

Chair: Mandie Worton - Parent

Vice Chair: Georgene Brinkerhoff - Parent

Agenda Items:

1. Welcome -  Mandie Worton

Mr. Adams will send out the January minutes by email. Minutes for February were reviewed and discussed.

Karly Lieshman voted to approve seconded by Curtis Leishman

2. Minutes Approval - Mandie Worton

3. Review of Upcoming Plan and Approval - Mr. Adams

-Goal 1 - 2% of the number of students will increase in proficiency on RISE testing in Reading.

Funding goes for Aide’s and PLC, Substitutes for workshops and educational opportunities, PD for ELA, and Panorama.

-Goal 2 - 2% of the number of students will increase in proficiency on RISE testing in Math.

Funding goes for Aide’s and PLC, Substitutes for workshops and educational opportunities, PD for Math, materials, and a mental health specialist.  

-Goal 3 - 65% of K-2 students will achieve growth in pathways of progress for Acadience Reading (Dibels).  

Funding goes for aids, and materials.

-Total approximate cost is 111,000.00 by using the carryover from last year and new distribution we will have only 1,771.00 to carryover to 23-24.  

Funds can change based on enrollment.

-Any extra funding that magically appears will be spent on aide salaries, supplies or technology.  

-Approval was unanimous by all who attended the meeting - 3 were absent.

4. Miscellaneous - Council Members 

-Motion to end the meeting by Karly and seconded by Curtis.  

This is the final meeting of the year! Thank you for your time and support as the Community Council this year! It has been a pleasure working with you this year!! I look forward to years to come!
